This dialogue demystifies the practical architecture of blended finance instruments for energy project developers and policymakers who understand the concept but lack experience structuring transactions, using FAGACE's instruments as a concrete reference case. Objective: build practical fluency in structuring blended finance for energy projects. Expected outcomes: a plain-language 'blended finance instruments guide for African energy projects' published as a summit resource paper; FAGACE's co-financing window presented to delegates, with outreach to at least five potential new country partners.
