Registration
Submit your registration through our online registration form (https://whova.com/portal/registration/HRkaihnz6zAvW4Y6-nPp/). Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with your event ticket and information on how to participate.
ATTS 2026 is open to think tanks, policymakers, researchers, development partners, private sector representatives, regulators, utilities, investors, energy experts, civil society organizations, academia, media, and other stakeholders interested in Africa's energy and economic transformation.
No. Registration and attendance at ATTS 2026 are free of charge.
Registration will remain open until 27 October 2026 at 11:59 pm CAT. Participants are encouraged to register early to receive important Summit updates and logistical information.
Yes. You can update your registration information within 48 hours of submission. Should you need to update your registration after that window, contact our team at atts2026@theacbf.org.
Attendance
The 12th Africa Think Tank Summit will take place from 28–30 October 2026 in Cotonou, Republic of Benin.
Yes. ATTS 2026 will be a hybrid event, allowing participants to join either in person in Cotonou or virtually.
Yes. Summit sessions will be recorded and shared with registered attendees after the Summit.
International participants may require a visa to enter the Republic of Benin, depending on their nationality. Participants are encouraged to confirm the applicable entry requirements and make the necessary arrangements well in advance. Visit the Benin e-Visa official visa application platform for more information.
Unless otherwise communicated directly by the organizers, participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
Programme
The latest programme will be available on the ATTS 2026 website and through the Whova event platform. Updates will be made as speakers and sessions are confirmed.
Yes. Once you register and download the Whova app, you will be able to create a personalized agenda by selecting the sessions you wish to attend. You can also use the platform to interact with other registered participants and engage in event discussions.
Yes. Simultaneous interpretation in English and French will be available during the Summit.
Media
Yes. Journalists and media organizations are welcome to cover ATTS 2026. Information on media accreditation and coverage arrangements is available on the ATTS website under the Media tab.
Yes. A media kit containing key Summit information, messages, speaker information, and other relevant resources will be made available to accredited media ahead of and during the Summit.
