Summit Communiqué Presentation & Adoption
Session Overview
The Summit closes with the formal presentation and adoption of the Communiqué, the negotiated text capturing the three days' policy conclusions. Prof. Olusegun Adeyemi presents the document on behalf of the drafting committee, and Dr. Lerato Sithole moderates the floor for any final commentary.
The Communiqué is structured around three commitment clusters: institutional commitments by ACBF and partner organisations; policy commitments offered by delegate governments and Regional Economic Communities; and the research and convening agenda that ATTS will pursue over the coming Summit cycle.
The Communiqué is adopted by acclamation. The final text is published on the ATTS website within 72 hours; the longer-form Summit Report follows within four weeks and serves as the working baseline for Summit 2027 planning.
