Launch of New Initiatives & Signing of MoUs

A formal unveiling of flagship outputs and platforms emerging from the Summit: the launch of the Africa Export Competitiveness Report (remarks by Dr. Amit Kapoor, Institute for Competitiveness, India); the Africa Capacity Knowledge Hub and Public Sector Community Hub (remarks by Mr. Abdrahamane Dicko, ACBF); and the Portal for the Agribusiness Facility (ABF) Project Best Practices (remarks by Dr. Bernard Agbo, ABF/GIZ).

The session also includes the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between ACBF and the Regional Emergency Preparedness and Access to Inclusive Recovery Program (REPAIR) / African Risk Capacity Limited (ARC Ltd).

Objective: formally announce and launch strategic initiatives and platforms designed to strengthen Africa's capacity for policy implementation, knowledge exchange, and collaborative public sector transformation, reinforcing continuity of the ATTS agenda beyond the Summit. Expected outcomes: the Africa Capacity Knowledge Hub and Public Sector Community Hub officially launched; strengthened government/partner commitment to translate ATTS outcomes into coordinated post-summit action; delegates enrolled into thematic Communities of Practice.
